Welder Kenzo Mizouchi. As I weld every day,  The number of generations younger than me has decreased, and I have come to feel the difficulty of passing on the technique of welding.

Such Japan technology. And the knowledge and skills of my seniors are indispensable, and I started making household cooking utensils while working in the welding business with the hope that people around the world would know the wonderfulness of Japan craftsmen and techniques.

Because we are craftsmen who have always been particular about "manufacturing", we care about the people who make and eat them, and deliver cooking utensils will be loved for many years.

毎日、溶接をしていると自分より若い人が減り、溶接の技術継承の難しさを実感しています。

そんな中、日本の技術。先輩達の知識や技術は欠かす事が出来ず、溶接業にに携わる傍ら、日本の職人の技術の素晴らしさを世界中の人に知ってもらいたいと想い「家庭用調理器具」の製作を始めました。

常に「ものづくり」にこだわり続けてきた職人だからこそ、作る人のこと・食べる人のことを想い、長年愛される調理器具をお届けします。

Until now, I have only done company-to-company work.

At that time, when I made an iron plate and was able to talk to customers in real life with what I made for the first time and hear their impressions.

I experienced emotions like never before.

I like my usual work of welding, but this BtoC home cooking appliance that raises my feelings and emotions is different from that, and this job that makes me happy by reconfirming the "joy of manufacturing" is also the best job that makes me happy because I know the skills of craftsmen.

今まで会社対会社の仕事しかしてきませんでした。

そんな時に鉄板を作り出して、初めて自分の作った物でリアルにお客様と話しが出来て感想が聞けた時。

今までにない感情を味わいました。

普段の溶接と言う仕事は好きだけれど、それとはまた違う自分の気持ちを感情を高めてくれる私とお客様とこの仕事

この家庭用調理器具で「ものづくりの楽しさ」を再確認し喜んでもらえる、この仕事も私に取って、職人の技術を知ってもらい喜んでもらえる最高の仕事です。
